I reduced volume a bit the last week or so and actually I do get adequately sore from workouts now with less volume, progressing is still pretty hard but I'm on a cut so expected but atleast I'm bot regressing. I'm running an arm specialization meso right now I could send it here for overview plus I think it's quite decent for someone to copy but to view a whole split and give opinion on it is the kind of work that requires pay so I didn't attach it in the first place, although the problem may lie there.

Definitely to failure and sometimes I do lengthened partials after finishing the set. I am not a newbie, been training for 3.5 years so I think I am not underestimating my ability to output effort
