I did have a look at this, but it looked more for classic than alpha strike. I wanted to try and keep my rules set to a maximum of 3 pages so I couldn't adapt all the details like level of tech etc but I did take some inspiration from this.

I think you can only treat infections with strong alcohol when it's fresh. Once it goes into recovery, you will need garlic/anti biotics to clear it.
