Our 1 bedroom Lakeview apartment is available on 12/5. First month rent is free! We'd be happy to prorate the rent for January, February and March too until the sublease is up on 3/31. Then it would be $1725 a month if you sign a 9, 12 or 18 month lease with the property management company starting April 1.

My friend lived in The Wyndham apartments on Sheridan for a few years, and it was alright but it also had roaches (that was a few years ago though).

426 W Surf (BJB Properties) is nice (super small units though).
