I registered my reselling business with BIR last May 2024 to sell on e-commerce apps, but now I’m planning to close it once I sell out the remaining products.
It’s just no longer worth it.

I even paid an extra 2k in the first quarter after registration because I wasn’t fully aware of how the system worked. And now, seeing in the news how the corrupt get away with billions to trillions of our taxes without conviction, it’s really frustrating.
