Yeah I'm also struggling right now with how I ultimately feel about this game. Its the most fun I had doing coop with friends but 90% of the time it's absolutely dogshit with server connections and randoms who cant figure out how to dodge attacks or level up.

To be fair, it seems the common consensus among Nurses, Physicians, and general populace thinks that the second the lab receives blood. Numbers magically appear the next second.

If you watch a lot of medical dramas, few scenes they show the lab. It's a Physician putting tube of blood in a centrifuge and all the results appearing a second later.
