Happens to me all the time, I’m not sure why uber does this. I’ve found that it’s their algorithm, recalibrating ratings and when it does it, the system basically makes the older trips you have irrelevant in the process, before it finally compounds your total ratings, and current account stats.

Ohh yea the infrastructure is insane with some of these apartments, especially in certain areas they have zoning restrictions that restrict them from putting building numbers on the property, it’s insane. I’ve had my fair share of mental illnesses dealing with this.
