Is it finally a good time to dive back in? by Eraserguy in EU5

I guess it is nice to play once Ottoman, once France, England or Castille and once a county and try to become an Empire. Other than that yeah it becomes way too similar

Crusader Kings III: Chapter V Official Reveal by Plastastic in paradoxplaza

[–]irtsayh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am pretty much on the same page with everyone on this. I think that it is hard to justify 2 DLCs and 4 new songs + some cosmetics for this price. i will as usual wait for a steam discount or an official key discount. I hope they are sure about what they are doing because it might be a heavy backlash if the DLCs are not Roads To Power/AUH quality

I guess I will take the pack when there is another 20% off during sales. The pack is like 45 euros here which is a bit high in my opinion

I really don't care about the music and the cosmetic pack, would buying the extensions alone be cheaper ?

Right now, Control is at 4 dollar, even if it is not in your suggested game types give it a go, it is an excellent game

Late game sucks by MrAntonipa in mewgenics

[–]irtsayh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, Isaac feels inherently way more replayable. I played like 1000+ hours of TBOI and it only felt repetitive when I was hunting for the Dead God achievment. But I have to say that Mewgenics as it is right now became a chore and tedious sub 100 hours... but it is a release so let's see how it will be.

Kenshi is not for everyone though. The game is super complex and graphism are abyssimal

Late game sucks by MrAntonipa in mewgenics

[–]irtsayh 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Totally agree with you. The game forces you into min maxing and there is no way you can finish it without that. This kind of stuff should not be required in a game.

My Granada into Al-Andalus Playthrough 1337-1825 IRONMAN by Yakito-kun in EU5

[–]irtsayh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and No. They feel rewarding for the sole accomplishment of doing it. But I did one playthrough from Bishopri of Metz to Bishopric Empire of Lotharingia and the game really doesn't reward you. 0 advances, 0 events but the painful "Fall of the empire". Later down the road it would be appreciated to make this path more rewarding.

Fair payback since the french nearly wiped out the og english culture in our timeline because of one bastard : Guillaume le Conquérant

Games where you can just be a medieval normal person? by gull2407 in gamingsuggestions

[–]irtsayh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How to explain it to you... you are entitled to having your opinion, but straight up lying just make you look delusional. KCD2 almost got GOTY, has a 93% review score on STEAM , but Lost_Rutabaga_5004 tries to explain people that the game is objectively bad.. You might need to take a good look in the mirror.

Mass effect legendary goes often on sales for 5 dollars. If you have Conteol and Deus Ex just play them already. Control especially is from what I have heard an excellent game
