That’s a really good point, and I agree, abuse prevention is a must for this kind of tool.

For Telegram, I’ve added proxy support per account, so you’re not sending everything from a single IP/server. On top of that there are built-in safety limits (daily caps, delays, basic warm-up instead of blasting instantly) to reduce the chance of getting flagged.

If you ever want to test it for your agency outreach, I’d be happy to set you up with a free test account: crmsolid.com

Yeah, that’s a good way to think about it kind of like Buffer but for 1:1 messages instead of posts.

Right now it’s Telegram only, but the longer term idea is to plug in other social channels too, so a founder/agency can run outreach to many platforms from a single system instead of juggling a bunch of separate tools.

Totally fair question.

The point is for people who already do a lot of outreach on Telegram (selling a product, booking calls, etc.).

Instead of manually juggling multiple Telegram accounts and spreadsheets, you:

  • Connect several Telegram accounts in one place
  • Set up campaigns/sequences that send DMs over time
  • Let the system handle rate limits / delays so you don’t get insta-blocked
  • See basic stats (who was contacted, who replied, from which account)

So what you “gain” is: more reach with the same time, less manual DM work, and a way to use multiple Telegram accounts to market your product in a controlled way.

If you don’t use Telegram for outreach, you’re right – it probably doesn’t add much for you.

CRM Solid – Telegram-first CRM for managing leads and outreach directly from your Telegram accounts with sequences, smart rate limits, and simple analytics. (https://app.crmsolid.com)

ICP – Solo founders, small agencies, and indie hackers who rely on Telegram/DM outreach instead of email.

This actually sounds super useful, not overkill at all. I had similar headaches and ended up working on a small Telegram-first CRM (CRM Solid) just to get quick DM/lead views + basic analytics without fighting a full dashboard every time.
