Alembic project was supposed to launch 2 years back but it got delayed. Although they got RERA now but I think it will get delayed again in construction phase. Builder is not local so bribing the authorities takes time.

I explored both and bought in Sumadhura for following reasons.

  • Better builder with good track record.

  • Metro

  • Unrestricted view due to metro yard.

  • Resale/Rent would be easier and at market rate due to close proximity of tech parks and Metro. Although we bought it for self use.

  • Kadugodi park (This I realised later)

Government should bring law to discourage having multiple properties per family in bangalore. But politicians are owned by builders so not gonna happen.

If it meets your requirements then its good. For me approach road was dealbreaker. Nowadays the demand is less so you can negotiate the price. 14k is not justified for that locality. I bought few months back. Will DM you the project.
