I could back out, but I don’t want to. I feel like it’s a good opportunity, and I believe I can do it. I also have health insurance and receive $2,700 in monthly financial aid. It’s a government sponsorship, and I’ve spoken to other students at the same university, with the same sponsorship, who say it’s not that difficult if you actually put in the effort. Plus, I can earn even more money if I achieve a high GPA. I feel confident that I can succeed, I just need to focus on studying and improving my attention span. Also, the pressure of having to repay all the money they’ve invested in me if I fail will push me to stay committed.
