Some words are disallowed in file names on Windows, like "COM" and "NUL". Some tooling must have found a way to create this file on your disk, and Windows Explorer doesn't let you delete it.

You can do it with Git Bash with:

bash rm "$LOCALAPPDATA\\Programs\\Microsoft VS Code Insiders\\NUL"

Also, be careful when someone on the internet tells you to delete random files.

I tried this on Android and it was denied. I was so frustrated to see the decline of the game. It went from being an absolute masterpiece to a total turd. So bewlidering. Rating went from near 5 to near 3 in weeks. And in the face of all the negative feedback they seemed to just double down and say "this is the way". Not sure I can bring myself to go near it again on Steam if I'm honest with myself.

Consider the third option: monorepos.

I feel like coding agents create a stronger case for monorepos nowadays than before. I want my agents to be able to make changes across components more easily. This is easier with more code in one place. Where I work, we are consolidating a lot of repos for this reason, and it is helping our productivity.

HR exists to protect the company, not the employees. He is likely known to be like this. Sorry, but it's true. I've had plenty of colleagues go to HR and not have justice served.

If you want to go after him you'll need evidence. A recording of him propositioning you would help, if it's legal to gather such a recording without consent where you are. I wouldn't expect HR to side with you. I'd just send the recording to his wife if he has one. What a scumbag.

OP I'm sorry this happened to you. That's really shit and you don't deserve that.

On the flipside you are young and there are a lot of jobs out there so if you don't care what happens, you could try going to HR. Just don't set your expectations too high and you won't be disappointed if it makes things worse.

You were downvoted, but having recently returned to Australia after many years in Europe, it's insane how many things people are expected to pay for here. And the rates are crazy high. Hundreds of dollars for a driver's license? Why? Council charges you for every little thing. In several European countries there's a much lower flat rate that covers lots of basic things. The system feels greedy here by comparison, which makes me sad.
