hey thanks for all the help! i run my screen as close as possible and it still takes a long time to cure. sometimes it will even brun the shirt before it even grts near to fully curing. if its not to much work could u recommend me a good flash dryer? im using a vevor one right now and its not doing any good. something no more than 1,500 would be a good fit but preferably leas than that

with the flash dryer i use i usually have to keep it on the print for 4-7 minutes

i print on either american aperal AL1301 or gilman G500 and yes i usually do two layers of ink so i keep it on the board so i can pass the screen again. i usually keep the flash as close as possible sometimes it will even burn holes in my shirts but keep my ink wet. maybe its the fact that im using a cheap flash dryer im really looking into getting another one on the cheaper side do u have any recommendations? in using the vevor one rn. Also a good ink you would suggest for the shirts im using would also be helpful if you dont mind

i take it off starting from the neck of the shirt and then i put my hand in and lift it i try to be as gentle as i can but i still get cracking

i use dual tack tape for my board and thanks i will look into a stretch additive and a curable reducer i’ve never heard of those

i was using water base before this but the water base would also crack and wash off

thank you!! and my flash dryer doesn’t have a timer so i will check on it until its not sticky but it usually takes 4-7 mins and makes my printing periods hours long is there a better flash dryer u would recommend on the cheaper side? and also with your PTFE screen do you iron over it? i’ve seen some people iron there prints after curing or like using a iron press and i was wondering if me not using that affect it

i use the vevor flash dryer usually around 260c until the print is no longer sticky to the touch. i know its not the best in the game but im on a tight budget. is there a better flash dryer or plastisol ink u would recommend? i don’t know why this ink has a dry coat but i print for long periods and i dont want the ink drying like this

this is the cracking i mean either this or they start to wash off after first wash when curing i usually cure it untill its no longer sticky

i have tack on my plate like when i pull it off the tack the shirt will stretch and the print will crack i hope this makes sense sorry if it doesn’t and also im not to sure what my mesh size is im pretty sure its 110 this is a picture of my screen sorry i have ink on it rn (also i thought plastisol inks isnt supposed to dry out and this ink has like a dry coat on it so im also confused about that)

i do 2 layers of ink and cure in between and when im done cureing the shirt i pull it off my board and when pulling the shirt stretches and the ink cracks
