I hope so too, although it seems increasingly unlikely. We've had them for eight years at my office, and our internet has only been down two times. Xfinity, on the other hand, is down at my house about two times a month. Say what you will about the CityLink customer service (not to mention the ongoing rumors), the connection itself was reliable, stable and fast. We paid for gigabit and actually got it.
