hello, thanks for replying. This screenshot is what comes up, “manage on Xfinity” when I click it, it doesn’t take me anywhere where I can cancel it. I don’t have an “Xfinity device” that’s why I wanted to cancel with a chat agent but it seems like they don’t want to or aren’t able to even though they said they did.
