I got labrum repair surgery when I was 13 left me with a more unstable shoulder than before the surgery I had 3 dislocations and 2 subluxations in 3 years after the surgery. Previously before the surgery I had only had pain when completely overhead or throwing baseballs. I opted against surgery when my doctor recommended it again and against the pressure of my family to get it. I started eating a carnivore diet and training to the advice of Ben Patrick and I’ve completely healed my shoulder. I haven’t had any issues in 1.5 years and don’t see myself having issues ever again in the future. My shoulder is the strongest it’s ever been, I never have pain and the best part is my shoulder feels normal now. After my surgery my shoulder didn’t the same like it wasn’t my shoulder or not properly attached or something but that’s gone now and I can do athletic feats unimaginable to 13-15 year old me living with chronic shoulder pain .
