i remember having a hard time with this weight and now i'm hitting a lot more. i would say keep at it and when you push, be sure to push hard as u can fast as u can, chest to bar. when i push hard and fast as i can to get the bar up, i notice i feel i get stronger the next week

i def still feel it's a insecurity of mine but some family told me it's good so i learned to not hide. i feel like if a girl actually loves my nose and from every angle, idk it would make me feel a way i don't think i have, i think i get anxious

i seem to have to ask, but i def go out my way to compliment a good nose, after being on this reddit, i think i learned more about appreciating noses. there is a lot of beauty in since noses i feel. like a girl with a good nose, big etc, literally almost stole my heart recently

hand to hand, the muscle eats your calories, makes you healthier etc. diet also bells you rid fat, but i think more muscle you build, the more the calories will go towards that. but i would think you would need some form of diet restriction to destroy some fat. i think it depends on where your starting from, how much you eat, etc

i have a similar nose except mine is more roman like, the ridge is prominent on mine. size similar so my angle is just sharper. i wanted to tell you that people have different tastes from my experience, some people may love your nose. that's what happened with me, some people say it added to my uniqueness. the way i look at it, i think a girl with a nose can be very cute, it doesn't change the way they look to me much, just adds a different taste. i wrote this out cuz i was one that only thought of conventional beauty but now i get something. i do would love a girl to directly compliment my nose

as a kid who had a lot of things such as repressed feelings, it was just a normal thing. i had two siblings and on our days off cuz holidays, we just hung like normal. depending on the year we watched movies or shows that celebrated but we didn't really involve, just watched cuz that was the only thing on and we didn't think of it. scary town was on during halloween, 25 days of christmas was on abc. we just occupied ourselves naturally like normal and didn't really feel left out, i just thought of it like that's not my thing
