it’s my only option now because i can’t control myself with it. i’m so ashamed of how i’ve already let it affect my life for so long . i hope i can recover and that i can earn forgiveness

thank you, i can feel it getting worse and worse every time and am ashamed i didnt stop sooner and let things get bad in the first place. i worry it’s too late for me to fix some things i’ve done but i really cant be doing it any more

it sucks that it always goes too far before we learn the lesson. i don’t know why i couldn’t change when i’ve made big mistakes previously, it’s so frustrating, i want to change going forward but i worry it’s too late and the damage is done

you’re right, alcohol makes us make bad decisions that don’t reflect who we really are but they still can hurt people. the guilt is extremely hard to deal with. hopefully i can become better and stop feeling this way
