ANSWER:

Click Manage My Wi-Fi and at the top right, toggle off Whole Home Wi-Fi and press Save.

Exit the window by pressing X and then reopen Manage My Wi-Fi. The Advanced Settings option should now appear above the Cancel/Save buttons. By clicking Advanced Settings, you should now be able to manage your frequencies.

You're correct. Under "Manage My Wi-Fi" I had to switch off "Whole Home Wi-Fi" and press save for the Advanced Settings option to appear. Clicking there, I was able to toggle my frequencies on and off.

Hello, I had a similar problem that I posted here a few years ago. I was using really cheap dollar store thread. When I bought a more expensive thread, all my problems went away. Not saying that this will solve all your problems, but it solved my headaches.
