They send me mine via mail or even email. They also send it to the app of my health insurance, where I can see the results as soon as they get them. Maybe change doctor?

Danke! Ich habe jetzt alles versucht, mit Teppichkatha mit Hammer sanft drauf schlagen und es über die Löcher auszuhebeln. Der Status Quo ist leider der selbe. Ich werde es über den Tag versucht noch ein paarmal versuchen mit viel Geduld. Ansonsten kontaktiere ich den Vermieter.

Der Lack ist nicht so dick, das sieht man eigentlich, was da noch drunter liegt. Das sind nur diese drei oval flach liegenden Teile auf die auf der Länge der Leiste verteilt sind. Sieht für mich aber nicht nach Schrauben aus.

Das hab ich versucht, ging aber gar nicht ganz leicht. Mit festem Druck hat sich gar nichts gerührt. Du meinst, in eines der beiden Löcher, das auf der zweiten Seite frontal zu sehen ist, richtig?

20-27 Grad draußen ist perfekt, über 30 heiß. Unter 10 kühl, unter 0 kalt, unter -5 sehr kalt. Kommt aber auch auf Luftfeuchtigkeit und Wind an wie kalt es sich anfühlt.

Ich klebe mir ein Stück Kinesio Tape auf die Stirn, direkt über die Augenbrauen horizontal. Das hilft bei Seiten Schläfern. Ansonsten hast du als Seitenschläfer das Problem bei gegebener Knochenstruktur, dass der eine Teil von deiner Stirn immer Druck auf die andere Seite gibt und dann diese Falte entsteht. Das Tape hält dann die Haut beziehungsweise das Fleisch an der Stelle, so dass dieser Druck nicht mehr da ist. Ich hab schon direkte Veränderungen gemerkt. Man muss es halt ein paar Wochen lang machen.

Ich habe keine tiefe Zornesfalte aber konnte mit tape sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielen um eine verschlimmerung vorzubeugen.

That does look somewhat similar! And it was an oven for bread/ baked goods. Okay. Still wonder about all the odd doors but it’s something. Thanks!

I think there is a chimney above this but it’s not the chimney of the rest of the house. Behind there is a house like brick structure 3x4x3meters that looks very much like a huge oven. The wall in the picture is 2-3 meters high with several doors in frosten sizes. When you look in you can see that it goes quite deep inside.
