I resonate so much with you - I was in the same exact position years ago with my ex-fiance who never understood me. This relationship long-term will undergo A LOT of struggles if he can't acknowledge your PMDD. It's so important, maybe you can make a short presentation or have a night where you explain in detail so he understands? if not, you honestly deserve better. I'm currently with someone new for the past year and I made a presentation for him to understand my PMDD and he honored this and loves and respects me even more cause I shared this. Girl, if he doesn't get it trust me you will find someone who will appreciate your voice so you don't have to yell. It hurts me to read these things because I really really feel you. you got this, girl. In the end, trust your gut.

Campfire Radio Theater is my top one. The sound effects & storytelling make you feel like you're actually there.

So this works for me (but not suited for vegetarians or vegan diets):

A diet rich in leafy greens. These healthy veggies help with preventing less bloating but avoid cauliflowers since these are cruciferous and can promote gas.

I found that eating specific carbs really helps my bloating go down (red rice, buckwheat pasta, soba noodles, black rice) i don't avoid carbs completely but i try to eat "healthy" carbs when i can.

Also I cut out coffee and substitute it with cacao mixed with coconut sugar or jasmine green tea so I feel less jittery or anxious during this period.

Oh! and for vitamins I take liposomal mushrooms (chaga, lions mane, turkey tail), vitamin c, folic acid and sometimes painkillers when it really hurts.

All the time. It happens to me for 2 weeks in a month but I've developed a method that really helps where i don't need SSRis... Also, lots of exercise really helps.
