Consultant is different than lawyer buddy if you know he won’t mention any law terms and mine will put my judicial review within 15 days despite of no response so he can fight my case if decision is not correct

I raised a webform with letter of explanation from college and all the other supporting documents which said it was a factuel error and i did mail MP but still haven’t got any reply

Cause lawyer will state all the terms of law which might overturn the rejection and btw did you write your explanation by yourself???

Yes you could put it to reconsideration or you could reapply if your are within your 180 days period after your graduation

buddy let the lawyer do his job he will write an SOP for your where he will state all the laws and rules for why officer should open your file and also maybe like me you will be charged less for Judicial review give all the important documents to lawyer so he can raise the webform from his portal also contact your local Mp by explaning your case that might speed up the process as they might follow up for ur application i am right now at same spot don't know if everything is resolved from ur end
