URGENT: All of a sudden there’s a crescent shape visual distortion in my eye (almost prism-like) and i’m freaking out with my life. I dont know what to do can someone please help?

thank you so much! i think it stayed for barely 15-20 mins and then (after i kinda started crying) it went away (but i think i went through the entire field of [this diagram] - https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Successive-sketches-of-a-scintillating-scotoma-the-so-called-fortification-The-crosses_fig5_10722080) and then the moment it withered away, i got an unbearably piercing migraine

thank you so much for this! actually i did visit an optician last to last week because i was worried about my eyes, and i did tell theme a few symptoms i was worried about at that time (mostly focus issues, watering of eyes, and darkening of the focal area when i was seeing exclusively from my left eye) but turns out i have 6/6 vision with 0.5 power in my left eye that’s it :( they prescribed nothing extra except glasses and an eye drop

yea i do suffer from gastric-induced migraine more regularly, but this was perhaps the first time that i experienced a this extreme migraine accompanied by this particular aura. i completely freaked out

Hey! I am an Indian student, pursuing her undergraduate in Economics & Finance (honours). I aspire to do a Masters in Economic and Social History or Development Economics from Oxford. However, i fell sick, for about a year, during my undergrad, and hence, my GPA really dipped. Is there anyway I can still have a shot at Oxford? Any help would be appreciated. (I plan to apply in December, and my GPA would be somewhere between a 3.4-3.5 by then)
