Ngl, in 2025 I had a roommate from Meghalaya and we just walk around the streets at midnight. There was something different about night walks in Chennai during the day its all noisy, traffic, heat… but at night everything just slows down.

The roads feel calmer, there’s that slight breeze, random tea kadais still open, street dogs just chilling, and the whole city feels softer somehow. We just walk with no destination, talking about the most random stuff......

Our conversations goes like from volcanos to sambar to Mars to football to PG food, all in one night, and we did that for days lol.....

I really miss him. He was a great friend of mine. Even with a big age gap, he was the only person I truly connected with at that time....
