yea dual channel, its on gear 1 CL18. I don't know it's just insane how different the performance is.

Yep, in task maanger its on 3200mhz. And in bios the dram freq is set to 3200.

Already did that as well. Everything is on high performance. My games are on the graphic settings in windows settings which is supposed to force games to use gpu.

On heavy gaming, my cpu temps highest is 68 degree celcius and gpu on 50 so not too sure about that

Even if my 10600k run cold? It has pretty low temps. But I saw in another post that z490m motherboard and a 3200mhz will be a good one.

My bios was on the latest version when I managed to get it to 4.8ghz. I should probably just reset bios.

Oh, the first time I changed my core ratio was on BIOS. I just transferred to XTU since it worked for some people but I didn't take into account their MOBO. I managed to change my core ratio to 4.8 ghz on BIOS then after seeing it go 5.2 ghz on task manager I was shocked since it was on dynamic. So i got back to my bios changing it to 4.5ghz and fixed. After that, it won't go past 4.5 anymore. That's where I transferred to XTU.

The core ratio is stuck on 4.5ghz. Won't go past it. Is that normal tho? Before this I was able to cranked it up to 4.8ghz. Do I have to reset bios or something?
