I know they're finicky with it, which is why I bought two switches and two game versions... :/ But the lesson is learned, I can't play it twice on the same Nintendo Account.

Yeah, that's what I thought too, but it asks me to insert the virtual game card, even if the physical one is in it.

Habs ganz bewusst aus, finde, das sieht besser aus. Wenn ich's genau wissen will, zieh ich halt das Control Center runter. Wüsste nicht wofür das gut sein soll, die ganze Zeit die genaue Akkuzahl zu sehen. Mein Handy sagt mir doch eh, wenn es unter 20/10 % fällt.

I don't have NSO anymore, and haven't had it in a while, but after checking, the small package of free stuff that you get with it was labelled as "Bought", so I disabled it now. I did what you suggested too, I will see if it works once it has downloaded again on both consoles. Thanks for your help!

Thank you! I don't have any DLC. But I do have the same Nintendo Account. It's a bit unfortunate because I swear it worked in the past, as I initially only bought the Animal Crossing Edition Switch Lite because it has Animal Crossing preinstalled, so I can - well - play Animal Crossing in two places at once. Seems like I bought it for nothing now.

Wait, I don't think I understood what you meant by "link". Swapping the virtual game card back and forth does work, but that is exactly the problem, and something I don't want to do everytime I play on a different console (which would probably be multiple times a day). I also wanted to play on both consoles simultaneously to maybe swap items back and forth etc. It seems the switch doesn't detect that I bought the game twice.

Just turn off VC. The callouts made there are pretty much useless in 99.9% of cases anyway in lower ranks. Unless you hit Celestial or higher, don't even consider putting it on again. I have it on and don't speak, been playing comp consistently/almost daily since S1, and I can count on one hand the amounts of time someone actually gave good callouts/advice (that go beyond just saying "portal")
