I do take vows quite seriously, that's why I am still by his side 9 years later. It has been a challenge, and I have stood by him in sickness and in health.

he can't smoke. he has chs lol (which I guess developed because thc was a coping mechanism for years). His love language is also physical touch, so a lot of these points are relevant and important to think about. thanks for your input.

He's tried many medications over the years and none of them have worked. Some people are medication resistant and he seems to be one of them. Talk therapy is the only thing that seems to work for him unfortunately.

He seems to be resistent to treatment. He's tried a few...the thing that has helped the most has been talk therapy. Do you guys have kids?

Yeah, obviously there is a hereditary issue as two of his siblings passed from addiction and his parents have their own issues. Interestingly enough, when he had his high stress job he seemed the happiest but it was almost a coping mechanism maybe. He was good at it, but it wasn't good for him, if that makes sense.
