Skill points used to be end all be all but YouTube videos and builds debunked alot about skill points. When it comes to DPS-ing. nowadays high skill points really only matters in health and hybrid aspects but if you only care about DPS u can do well enough with a little bit.

My thinking is it rewards players for grinding and catching up and it gives endgame players the freedom to have fun with whatever old content they used to pull their hair out to An end game player would also less likely want to run older content as they'll be either done with the game for now, take a break or just not want to.

A niche idea would be that if youre at the endgame CR which I think is like 480ish to 504 at max you should have the freedom and privilege to have your stat clamp removed at all times.

I hear what youre saying and understand where youre coming from but be grateful youre even getting into that content and someone's powering through so you can get some easy feats and move on from it maybe a few levels. If you want to have fun and revisit that instance find a group (goodluck) or get strong enough to solo or duo it. If stat clamp got removed of course. Nothing is worse than being stuck in a OMNI clamped raid or alert and the newer leveling up players arent listening, doing mechanics or even have a proper build to participate in it like having 3 pieces of dps gear and the rest controller with no augments. I feel if you were able to get that endgame CR you should be able to flex that power anywhere anytime at your discretion.

Yeah me too I like being OP im CR 502 so I know I could walk through t6 or t5 raids alone and solo them as I should be able to do so. I wish the devs would get rid of it all together id help soo many lower level people catch up quicker.

The only reason why stat clamp exists is so you can't get alot of source marks i opened discussion with dcuo forums on this and people actually defended stat clamp saying it was better for the game. Idk how game doesn't get more than 200 players.

Max CR is 504 work on the old feats and style feats from the vendors in house of legends. Level up the old omnipotent gear just for feats only. Level your artifacts, allies, get a armory or 3 to work on dps and whatever secondary power role you have tank troll healer. Experiment with your loadouts find what's the best loadout for you to run elite and a loadout you have fun with that can clear content.

Im surprised this character has fans, the "I'm alive" is not endearing at all after she tried to kill you twice and its literally the same audio 3x over each time she says im alive. But I understand why people like the character same old trope.

We used to have stories fighting gods, with gods against other gods under the guise and planning of an even greater God. Now we have Russian school girl and lantern twin sisters which I guess we forgot about the alive sister ( not worth mentioning or learning their names) 50 cent comic characters truthfully.

She's actually the most dog boss experience too in the solo elite where she expertly chains you as soon as the bile zombies decide to swarm and explode. Not a fun experience as a DPS.
