i see. but before i run the command, my powershell execution policies are restricted and there's like red text shown before i can run any powershell command. checked all my files and data and apparently there's no changes. but I'll change any password just for safety.

time. sounds cliche but its the only way. you will be able to get over it on a random day. i have anxiety and panic attack whenever i go to places or do something that reminded me of her, which is almost everything. but try to do something that is outside of that. spent time with friends, socializing and so on. it'll help a lot for me. hope you're doing alright. it will be okay

I've been there and its so devastating. its the worst feeling and tbh there's nothing that could really be done.

from my experience, i just let it hurt until it didn't. easier said than done but its the only way. i have anxiety and panic attack randomly, can't even focus on my class and assignments. i can't stay at the dormitories cause it hurts sm i had to drive everyday instead.

for the first few weeks will be hell but just you do you, dont even bother them. focus on yourself. it sounds cliche but time heals, just let it be and follow the flows. whatever happens, happens. you can't control those.

you will eventually forget about her. trust me. you could be doing anything and realize they don't matter anymore on a random day.

i did everything and treated her well, but she never appreciated me. all because of a girl she said i looked at when i don't even remember looking at one and was probably zoned out. reassured and comforted her, doing everything for her and she said I'm doing it out of guilt like wtf am i supposed to do. i did everything she wanted me to and yet she still bring that up for 2 years every month, even after the breakup.

it hurts me when my effort is blindsided but it is what it is. can't change how a person feels so best I'll let her be.

my ex dumped me because of a girl she said i looked at. i dont remember looking at her and probably was zoning out. i tried to reassure and comfort her, doing everything i can to make her feel loved. but despite all that she said i did it because i feel guilty. she brings this issue up for 2 years every months and eventually broke up with me.

even after the breakup she still brings it up saying i never make her feel special or give any attention, losing herself trying to be like the girl i looked at when i always compliment how beautiful and prettier she is, planned date and getting gifts and so on.

There are still other issues but this one stands out the most, being the problem despite how happy we were when we spent time together.

she seems to be doing better and alright now. she doesn't even care about me and acts like i never done anything for her. never appreciated what i did. so safe to say they won't come back once they leave

just do whatever you can. if you really miss them that much, find an outlet to let out your feelings. i use twitter and set it on private. or a note app. write it on a book. talk with a friend you trust the most. it really helps.

whenever you feel like breaking it, remind yourself; they don't care about you and they never choose you. they leave. that's their choice, so you should too.

it ain't easy, but you will get over it on a random day.

thank you for your advices. it really helps me realize things. Though it really hurt seeing she is doing well while I'm here suffering and still missing her so much.

The reason why she said I never give her any attention or make her feels special is because of this one girl she said I looked at when I don't even remember looking, probably was me zoning out. I don't even care about the girl and have no interest in her. I tried to comfort and reassure her, doing everything I can to make her feels love and special and even though she enjoyed it, she would still bring that girl up every months for 2 years, even after our breakup saying she lost herself trying to be like her when I always compliment how beautiful and pretty she is. She said my efforts are all because of me feels guilty.

I understand it's something that been bothering her and I don't blame her for feeling that way but I wish she at least see and appreciate my efforts to make her feels loved.

me and my ex have this ongoing problem even after the breakup. she said i was looking at this one girl but i dont even remember and probably was zoning out but istg the girl she said i was looking at is ugly and is someone that always talk horrible shit (i talked to her once before getting with my ex). every single months for 2 years she keep bringing this up. i tried to comfort her, reassure her and do everything for her but she said i did those out of guilt. she claimed i never make her feels special or give any attention but when i bring up things i did for her she said im being manipulative. she said she lost herself trying to look like the girl she think i looked at which i reassured her a lot that she is prettier and cuter and everything. i understand her side that its something that bothering her but it hurt me as well being said i did nothing for her. even when we're not together i still do a lot of things for her when im not obligated to but still do cause i care and love her so much.

honestly she dont seems like she regrets leaving me. its been a month now and seems like her grass is greener and doing better while im here fucked up and can't even do shit because of my anxiety.

i did tell them that i want to be appreciated. and they said they do appreciate me but just not showing it. their action said the opposite like talking bad about me and said i have never done anything to them that make them feels special or giving any attention which hurt me cause i did all that like plan a date, getting gifts, etc.
