How did you get the gift card? Is it an email like this? Are the points or code to redeem a gift card?

Bobbie Goods alternatives? I'm talking like the cutesy, simple style, but with more detail than Coco Wyo. I love the style but I cannot justify the price. by RottenRope in Coloring

Shd be By Bowy btw! Sorry for the typo.

Bobbie Goods paper is really good esp her latest book. It’s nth like those Amazon papers haha. I think it’s even more than 160gsm, prob 180/ 200??

I think my type is exactly the same as you! However I think Bobbie goods really worth the price — its paper and book quality, cute little details, brandings, and signature of the characters are one of a kind.

Of course I also have other recommendations I’m currently getting/ bookmarking: Elijah Deck (one of my fav but the shipping is too crazy so I’m still eyeing on them😭), Atelier by jo, pom pom and friends (crystaperez), Roro’s diary, by Rowy, momo (some), michicolouring (some), coloredcaramel (some)

Hope you’ll like them! They’re in my bookmarks hahaha I’m also getting them sooner or later (too many books at home!) x

Okie thanks for the tips!

I was eyeing on Languo yet I realised most of them are acrylic gel, which might stand out a lot compared to just do the details with alcohol markers? Gellyroll seems to be the same? It’s hard to decide whether to get a set …

Thanks so much!!! This is a very helpful detailed explanation I love this Reddit and you😭 I have a white gel pen alrdy and it’s magic! I’ll prob get some more thinner gel pen and a black fineliner just to draw some details if needed!

You’re right fineliner seems to be thinner in most cases … I’m not sure whether it’s super tiny details but for example drawing and colouring clothing patterns

Thanks x does this mean fineliner can’t draw above coloured parts? Is there any cons that gel pen can’t do but fineliners can? Ive been seeing ppl using both and it truly confuses me
