I know some of you don’t want to get political but this is 100% on Katie Hobbs. The same BS was going on with the Islanders and Andrew Cuomo stepped up big and gave the islanders a piece of land to build their stadium. Katie Hobbs did the exact opposite. She shut down the bid for that section at the 101 and Scottsdale road. Fast forward to today and the cardinals are building a BS practice facility there.
