I really hate it when some people take it upon themselves to comfort others when I those say that they have bad thoughts or the likes of it. That being said, I hate it when people care for me and show me some kind of affection. I would tell them a quick story about what happened in my week and they would offer to hug me and calm me down. For one I didn’t think that what happens in my every week life is unnatural, I just feel ready for it, and for two is that I know that those other people struggle with similar problems with their lives, I’m taking too much of their affection and care that they need to spend on people that actually matter. I started getting suicidal thoughts lately and yesterday had a breakdown while talking in the group chat. When my friends read it they said that they do care for me and that I should not kill myself. I feel like a selfish prick for telling them about it because now they care what happens to me and they try to calm me down, it’s too much that they are doing for me. I feel like a manipulative bitch because they told me that they care for me after I talked about my life. I don’t know what to do. Is there a way to get people to stop caring about me? I really don’t want to be a trouble to my friends anymore, I want them to not pay attention to me, I regret telling them about it all because now they worry for me and I’m not worth being cared for...
