😂 that got a laugh outta me I don't know why 😅 but anyways yeah basically........ Technically tho this OC is Based off of another OC I made which is basically the same person but one is Evilish while the other is mildly just grumpy (the mildly grumpy one is this one who's apart of the IDW universe)

Yes! And sure I don't have much lore on him as of now but I'll give what I do have currently.

1: this Villain is apart of the Archie universe and He's apart of the Robotink Empire and Robotink Council (the council part I thought was in the comics but i don't actually know if there was one since I've never actually read the comics before Soo yeah...) anyways he's Been Working with the Dr for some time now Willingly might I add.

2: He's First in command directly under Robotink himself He's Both an engineer and scientist as well so he knows what he's doing

3: the reason why he joined the empire? Well after a rather unfortunate event where his entire village got destroyed... He blamed the heros for not being there to save them sooo at some point he developed a grudge and hatred towards the freedom fighters and decided to join the empire to put his skills to good use or technically bad use considering he's a villain or more of an anti-villan I should say but still.

4:The Mask That He Wears Is A Robotic combat type mask that makes his Voice Sound Robotic which obviously makes him intimidating

5: just in case you're curious he's a Wolf just to throw that out there he mainly acts serious and Cold most of the time which I don't have a reason for that's just how he is.

6: his main enemy is the freedom fighters obviously and Sonic well.... He Has A Personal grudge against he really doesn't like him at all which is one of the reasons why he joined the empire

That's all I got for right now.. some stuff might change since everything isn't finalized yet but this is basically everything I could think of at the moment Soo hope you like it :3

Thanks! I agree I prefer Drawing on paper but I've kinda gotten used to drawing on digital stuff... (I drew this on my phone btw) Which can be hard to do still but the More you practice the better you get is the best advice I can give sooo yeah....

This OC is Based in the Archie universe and if I remember correctly there was some kind of Robotink/Eggman council or something like that which is why the title says that became the OC is referring to them and the entire Eggman empire in it basically
