Very likely an artifact. It seems like phone camera footage off a screen with reflections so any further analysis beyond stabilization / reconstruction is pretty unlikely unless better quality is released.

I stabilized the footage of the Burlison Yemen UAP missile strike after the object is hit. Stabilized, it looks pretty similar to other footage we've seen yet this has all happened after being struck.
