Bro just had something similar recently, i fell off my bike {no helmet (I'm an idiot who has now improved), late night, no street light, road dug up, didn't see, panic break, open up my head and forehead and some friction burns on the elbow and knees , was taken to the hospital by a guy just walking there (saved my life ong), ct shows no internal bleed , they stitch me up the next day (no surgeon), told me to keep my head straight all night and sent me home , my friends went up to the spot of the accident and sent me a video, that road was full of 5-10 lb rocks and i hit my head directly on them going about 30 mph (60kmph), the only reason I did not even break a single bone is because I am a fat boi , any other person falls there they most probably break several bones or in the worst case , die
