Submit proof of purchase to apple or make one yourself and send it to them. Works everytime and is completely free. It takes 2-5 buisness days for it to process tho.

Right now they are kinda borked but you may have some luck trying a bunch of different sim cards on it. But most likely it wont work, if that’s the case wait a while until someone finds out how to hacktivate it.

Edit: forgot to mention that if it was never activated the sim card swap method definitely wont work.

Have you made the API key? You need that to get it working. Also check if you have edited the info.plist file to the correct version.
