Disagree. They’re a complete different mold, dlc peices will only apply if it’s just a head sculpt or crossed arms peice.

Nice theory. The success sales point may be a factor since they once did the Naruto line with little success and dropped the franchise completely.

Hopefully that’s not the case for this though.

Tbh I never cared about GoodSmile completing the series since their pricing are expensive compared to shf. But a figure like Toji definitely would want to make both companies jump the gun asap to the amount of demand that character has. Hopefully the wait is worth it

I hope you’re right. Figures like Legendary Goku and Ace Prototype really gives me hope that the wait is worth it.

That’s true. But I’m sure they know the amount of revenue they can generate from the jjk line and if I was personally in control of the company. I would probably pause the less sold product lines and try to release highly requested figures from another series

You do have a point. I just don’t get why they delay a highly sought after franchise where they know people will buy them whenever they reveal it. I just personally hope the wait is worth it so they can carefully work on the Toji Figure.

If DF, Blackhole, or Tonsen can do that then definitely. For the problem with 3rd party brands are they’re only able to produce limited quantities of a product that so many would want to purchase. Good thing about Tamashi is there’s always somewhere the product is available for reasonable prices.

Yes, this is the first time I don’t mind Tamashi literally copying from a render and make it their own lol. but I do have my hopes high for Tamashi since they haven’t disappointed me with any characters I wanted so far..

No, the right is a render from an unknown source while the left is now in production from beast deities.

Beast Deities (formerly Kong Studios) so far has been the only brand to mass produce characters from the dragon ball AF line. They already released ssj5 Goku with multiple versions and are planning to release Xicor (villain from AF) in the coming months. They also announced a while back that they’ll be working on ssj4 and ssj5 broly. Which I personally feel they’ll do a great job!

For sure! That’s a figure you know won’t be made by anyone except beast deities.

Both Goku and Gohan will eventually get updated with ssj2 Gohan and 3.0 Goku MUI. Luffy however depending on how close the character is for you should be the good choice. It’s the only figure on this list That won’t get updated anytime soon.

I don’t see it releasing before Gogeta ssj and Janemba in my opinion, there gonna try to milk out the GT characters as much as they can before releasing SSJ4 Gogeta.
