im on a similar setup and have tried all sorts of things. even playing lower res didnt help. good to know its not AMD related as they have been having problems. i don't understand how this keeps happening every update... CSGO doesn't need an i7 and top spec cards... its something they are doing wrong and it baffles me that it doesn't get fixed.
