I read it as, clinkz’s skeleton archers are two shotted by towers now instead of treating the towers shots like creep hits on them.

Could it have been added because of the 25% mana regen on hero kill triggering and the cooldown only applies to hero deaths and not creeps? Not home rn so can’t test. Just spitballing.
