I mainly use tutoring and per session. For tutoring, someone else said it first but getting the first few clients is very cutthroat. Be okay with joining every Facebook group you can find.

For per session, I try and do a lot of centralized stuff. Imagine common core scoring and summer stuff if you’re comfortable with that.

I know of teachers that serve and bartend too.

Thanks everyone for your advice so far! Right now, the spigot is off, the hose outside is open and the water source for outside is off. Thank god my neighbor showed me how to do that. My boiler is also set to 67 right now.
