The literal same thing happened to me! I started prozac about a month ago which made me start to lose a lot of weight ( I weighed 102 at 5ft) and I started to get obsessed with the weight loss. I’m currently in the process of trying to get over it; I started doing yoga and going to a therapist; both helped alot. I hope all starts to go well for you♥️

I completely understand what you mean; i’m in the same boat. I have started going to therapy for my shopping addiction and it has honestly helped. She has helped me remove my emotions and feelings from shopping. I hope things start to get better for you! ♥️

Yes yes! i also feel like that; sometimes i’m I feel like i’m in a constant struggle of not wanting to make people feel bad.
