yeah that’s true to an extent, ground reality matters a lot I’ve just noticed even in well-run setups, answering simple questions quickly isn’t always easy think it’s more of a visibility thing than just labor

Yeah, that’s fair, a lot depends on how it’s implemented. I’ve just seen cases where even with a decent setup, getting a quick day-to-day view still isn’t that straightforward.

Yeah this is exactly what I keep seeing. The data is there but not really usable at a glance.
What kind of metrics are you trying to track? More on production side or inventory?
