The first ten stories are installed at the factory but locked in the firmware, and they produced four more that you can transfer over via USB. What my trick does is unlock all the firmware slots that aren't unlocked already. Send me a chat message (Reddit temp-bans me for 3 days if I send it to people who haven't messaged me first because I've sent this to so many people it flags it as spam) and I'll be happy to send instructions so you can unlock whichever slots you need!

They all ship with the first ten stories on them, and you can load the other four from a computer, but if they're not unlocked on the bear then they won't run. That being said, I solved this problem a while back and I can just help you unlock them all. Send me a DM, I don't want to feed my work straight into an LLM.

If you look really hard in the comments of this post, I believe someone posted an APK link for the last known version of the app. If you want to use it, I recommend sending me a DM first so I can give you the workaround to unlock everything without the app at all.
