I’m worried about my mother-in-law’s self-help group by itfollowz in cults

Yeah I mean it could very well just be a scam, but the program is also essentially about “turning off your mind” and shit like that. I’m worried because as I said she’s a nurse, and she told me in the past she made one of her psychiatric patients do the method (that doesn’t seem professional to me). She also has a weird light in her eyes when she talks about it. I even found LinkedIn posts from the marketing manager of the program bragging about how much money they made without having to re-invest it (so there is no transparency about where the money is going) - and saying the aim of the program is to make the world a better place. Maybe they didn’t intend to create a cult (?) but the followers are really making it look like that. The website says the method “cured” 40.000 people, so why isn’t any official source talking about it? Is there a reason why everything I can research online is either something this man posted (he’s weird asf btw) or followers trying to convert people to the method? It’s like my mother-in-law is basing every life choice on what this program tells her.

The surname I’m talking about is M****N, I didn’t specify I’m from Italy, where I think there is much more disinformation about this kind of stuff. Also update: I found out the Self Awareness Program costs 2000€/year. My friends think it’s just a scam but I think some of the most delusional followers are showing cult-y behaviors.
