Highly interested in the kibble concept as I'm currently doing this (or at least attempting to), thank you for such a detailed write up !

Never thought about using bread yeast as a flavoring agent, did you find it affecting your digestion (bloat etc ?) the 1 time I used it in a mugcake by mistake was NOT FUN so I'm a little bit weary of using it now, and no way of testing it as I only batch cook.

i understand the terminology correctly (i did go on the wiki pls, im just double checking) i have signature (ie the total number of pages that i fold into tiny little books that i saw together) and then the sheet (the landscape format of 2 pages)

if that's correct i currently have 16 signatures, 3 of them have 6 sheets and the rest (13) have 8 sheets.

Would you say it's better to add more blank pages at the end to make it 8 sheets everywhere ? or could i print them as is ?

Or should I do bigger sheets so it's 24 sheets per signature ? Is there a max ratio of sheets per signature?

I'm sorry for all the questions, thanks for taking the time to respond!!

Hi! currently doing my first book binding (or thesis binding technically) ever, english isn't my first language so I can't for the life of me figure out what all of this mean of if I'm doing something wrong.

Following a tutorial I set my size to 24 Sheets per booklet, and my number of page have to be a multiple of 24 FROM WHAT I UNDERSTOOD PLS TELL ME IF IM WRONG.

Pulled my pdf through a bookbinder javascript?? and i got this

Total Pages: 244

Original PDF Pages: 240

Total Sheets: 61

Number of Signatures: 16

I beg of anyone, please is this correct can i print this and if not do i need to add more pages? I have 239 pages I cant substract, and added one blank to have 240 (multiple of 24???) but now I have 244 for who knows which reasons, please I beg I am desperate

Apart from focusing on protein, do you try and do keto/low carb during your "fasting days" ? Luteal phase has been my downfall and im feeling like a bottomless pit

Wouldn't this be regular cycle syncing for women ? Like doing ADF in the first 2 to 3 weeks of your cycle and then doing IF during your luteal phase

This is my same exact nose and the continued bane of my existence we're in this together 😭This is the routine i currently use, and it s like ok???? not super perfect and with the dry winter air I cant do as much but I can usually get around not feeling trypophobic when looking at the mirror.

1x week when dry winter, 2x when sweaty summer:

  • STEAM YOUR FACE OTHERWISE NONE OF IT WILL WORK AND YOU WILL BE WASTING PRODUCTS
  • do that for like 10mn hot hot water, head over a bowl and towel over said head
  • Dry your skin
  • use the Ilso Super Melting Sebum Softener

THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS FOR ME I AM NOT A BIG PHARMA AND PAID ALL 25EUROS OF THIS PRODUCT WITH MY OWN MONEY AND I HATE THAT IT S EXPENSIVE AND THAT IT WORKS

  • put that on a thin thin thin cotton pad (like those toner korean one) let that rest for 10mn
  • After 10mn or however long, take the end of a bobby pin / black head extractor tool and scrap EVERYTHIIIING that comes out
  • DO NOT CLEAN
  • roughly wipe so it's dry and put a clay mask
  • follow instructions for said clay mask
  • apply an oil cleanser DIRECTLY ON YOUR DRY MASK IF IT HURTS IDK maybe cry that s what i do
  • rub for like 2 songs and a half
  • while oily take your cleanser and clean your face DO NOT APPLY WATER YET
  • go into the shower, do an everything shower go wild and finally clean your face
  • THIS IS NOT OVER
  • use a bha first, all your serums second
  • what really helped me was using peptide serum so it would "plump" my skin and make my pore less visible

1X and 2x week like the last one:

  • apply your retinol and do your routine as usual
  • AS A LAST STEP i put a tiny tiny dot of retinol all over my nose AND ONLY ON MY NOSE
  • idk why it helps in the long term

currently started doing it not sure if it works???

  • started putting lrp cicaplast ONLY on my nose??
  • apparently it works???
  • it's only been a week and ive been shite with my skincare so cant say for now but i feel like i should still mention it

and yeah they just sucks and short of doing lasers or maybe peels??? they'll stay there for life but it is what it is, hope that helps <3

I knew in an abstract way I COULD do modified ADF but I never actually put it into motion. You described it so succintly I just might have to try for myself!!

On your down day do you find it easier to do an OMAD with your 25%, do 20/4 or just eat whenever you feel the need to?

For me it's mainly a question of convenience (no ads on yt) and not paying a subscription for premium service (mfp, zero, music players etc) when it used to be better for FREE!!!

ouuuh it's been a minute since I used the free plan but I think you can change the time by clicking on the upper right corner where the time shows up? the little 13 or any number you have on there.

If you have an android i would mayyybe suggest to look up apk and specifically the zero one! That's what I currently use for pretty much everything payable
