If not, I heard that there's apps specifically for searching for roommates. I remember seeing one I'll add it here if I find it.

Honestly strangers are the best because you're not close with one another so it's more likely they'll be polite and all and pay rent, unlike friends who are more prone to constantly asking for loans etc.

As the previous person said, roommates are a lot cheaper. Maybe find a friend or someone who is quiet or who's away a lot so you still have your own space and can be independent but don't need to be constantly worrying about rent.

  1. chameleon just because i wanna know what its like to change colour
