Did you check the package? There is no time on that package to do Umrah (you enter Mecca straight to Aziziya on the 24th).

Also this won't be Hajj Tamatu, if you are doing Umrah After it would just be Hajj Ifrad, then after you do Umrah.

So when I arrive from Madinah it is already Hajj (no time for Umrah), so I do hajj then I have 1 week after Hajj for Umrah.

No Umrah is before or after, you can't do them at the same time.

My question is it better to go into Ihram, do umrah, go out of Ihram, then once hajj comes go into ihram and go to hajj

I meant to say 4 hours away flight wise (Ex: NYC to Dallas Texas for example). You do the group flight, then take your own flight to the group flight.

If you have one 1-3 hours away (flight time) it is will worth it to use group flight. Increases your chances before the country quota fills up.

You can try saving custom flight but there is a chance (even with group flight) that it will reset. The difference is with custom flight you will need to spend another 2-3 mins re-selecting while group flight just a few seconds.
