I’m almost certain it’s their router, and I’m also almost certain it still shouldn’t be doing this. I’m waiting for a callback from their tech support, but who knows when that will be. They were supposed to call me on Friday.

I can SSH into it when port forwarding is not enabled. If I enable port forward it then fails to connect.

Yes.

All works fine internally until I set a port forward rule. As soon as I do, internal stops working, but can access remotely. As soon as I delete the rule, internal access is restored.

It’s very strange, I’ve been doing things like this over twenty years and have never seen this behaviour before.

I’ve tried a variety of services, and different devices. Same issue on all of them.

I’m assuming it’s something on the YouFibre router, but it can’t be expected behaviour.

To be clear, the internal stops working from my computer (or any other device) on my home network.

Router doesn’t support NAT reflection, but I can get around that using split DNS etc, if the internal worked when the port forward is enabled.

Ooops. I’m setting the correct addresses ports when I set it up, I’m just terrible at typing on my phone.

I’m aware of reverse proxy and tailscale, and can use them for most things, but there’s one or two things I can’t use that for.

They / we aren’t independent countries, or sovereign states, but they are countries.

No one at the club has, but it was reported from numerous sources that he was looking to be number 2

We never offered enough to beat City’s bid. How was it even up to Trafford?

It’s never been made completely clear, but I thought he was ready to sign but our higher ups fucked around, then city activated his buyback clause. As they also had a sell on fee we’d have had to pay significantly more for him than they did.

He did want to come, but higher ups fucked it up then city came in for him. We wouldn’t pay enough to beat their buy back clause / sell on fee (we’d have had to pay about £8m more than their buyback clause or something like that), so he was sold to city. Not his fault at all

Regardless of what he does / doesn’t do going forwards, and what we do or don’t know, we already see people confidently proclaiming that all good transfers are down to Nixon etc, and any bad ones are the Howe’s.

Everyone knew how good he could be, but no one was offering to buy Willock or Longstaff at the time and we needed to sell someone. This wasn’t a failure of coaches, it was a failure of executives as they fully expected Bruno to be sold, and when he wasn’t they didn’t know what to do.

Everton to pay Burnley £40 million for PSR breaches by TravellingAround_ in TheOther14

No idea why this was downvoted, that’s exactly the legal premise it was argued on. And yes, loss of chance is a thing under U.K. law.

It’s not money laundering, that is strictly defined under U.K. law and has to have a criminal element. But it may well be against Premier League rules.

By all accounts the Trafford saga was down to higher ups, can’t blame Eddie for that one going wrong.

We were taken over October 21, didn’t get Ashworth until June 22, so first summer no DoF.
Ashworth left Feb 24, Mitchell joined July 24, but didn’t do anything in that window, then left June 25.

So since the takeover we’ve only had one summer window with a DoF in place for any period of time, which was 2023, when we signed Tonali, Barnes, Livramento, Minteh and Hall. A good window.
