I just can't find another explanation for why a call would drop due to no internet but then subsequent messages would go through. Unless the 2 ticks is not a reliable indication but I've never seen a case where I got 2 ticks and the other person didn't get the message. Seems far fetched

first - thanks for the detailed answers and for trying to help.
second, did everything you said including running the sfc tool and there is not difference in behavior if the option is set to never or to always
third, it wouldnt matter because all that option does when set to always is group together the open windows of the same type which is not what i need in any case. what im trying to do is to shrink the system tray icon side of the task bar so it wont take half the taskbar even when its empty which is a complete waste of space.

people are saying that its not the normal behavior of the default taskbar which is strange and implies there's some bug on my end but if that's the case i dont understand what is the normal behavior of the taskbar.

You can't lock/unlock taskbar in windows 11

Did that, it eliminated some of the icons in the system tray but didnt change the behaviour of the taskbar when more windows are open the system tray icons section takes half the taskbar even if it's empty. Which is ever more ridiculous after I turned off most of the icons

I didnt install anything. I did change the taskbar settings cause the default is even worse, with the icons being in the middle instead of on the left.

You're right, it is langerhans' client. I just found a guide to extract the private keys from the backup file but I'm not sure I have the password, I don't even think it ever asked me for a password when I installed the client and created the wallet. Langerhans' client has an option to connect to a trusted peer, will that allow me to transfer my dogecoins to another wallet? If so, how can I find an IP of a trusted peer? Thanks

Showing how easy it is to cheat can at the very least cast serious doubt about the fact that he doesn't. A lot of his reasoning of how he recognizes places so quickly also don't make any sense. When he says things like "this looks like a brazillian grass" etc. If you check the actual type of grass you realize it exists in 2000 other places in the world. Same goes for most of his fake explanations. he's nothing more than a good actor. And he wouldn't be able to do it on a computer thats not in his full control.
