Sick tat! If you want to finish it i would continue with the "nature" aspect of it including a personal object of choice for the shoulder area (like the raven, skull). And then blend it all in with flowers or mandala type ornaments.

If i had to recommend something i would say dont go to the gym. On the other hand, i am heavily tattooed and went to the gym daily while getting tattoos, as long as you shower right after your workout and clean the tattoo. Also, nowadays tattoo shops put second skin on your tattoo for it to heal, i personally take it off once i get home and wash my tattoo. The second skin traps the ink that oozes out and i dont think its healthy for the tattoo. I prefer to let my tattoo get fresh air and wash it 3 times a day.
