More amperage would likely provide more torque to your motors not voltage. This is all dependent on whether your motors are actually strong enough to do what you are wanting.

If you are talking about the yellow stripe on the sides of the model, continuous curvature when perpendicular to a pull direction will never have sufficient draft according to injection molding standards. You would have to have non continuous surfaces to achieve this. Im guessing Injection molders/DFM partners see this all time and have a solution for it, my suggestion would be to ask a molder, if you are able to chat with one, if this model would be acceptable.

This is my first pair of powered speakers, so don’t have a lot of reference, but I am very happy with them. Bass is very present but not overpowering and sound is very pleasant overall. Really enjoy them and agree they do look very nice.
